Since I'm the type who likes to work out in private, I have accumulated a couple of different tools to work out at home. The tools I currently have are:<br /><br />1. Two sets of dumbbells (5lb and 8lb;<br />2. Resistance bands;<br />3. Waist trimmer bands;<br />4. Sauna suit (I've only used it two-three times;<br />5. A few workout DVDs (I also workout to ONDemand);<br />6. Stopwatch;and<br />7.
