Hair Kitty Kitty's Workout Wish List

Much Needed Workout Equipment

Hello Beautiful Ones,

Can't afford a gym membership? Or, you don't have the time to train at your local gym consistently? I suggest that each month or every other month, you invest your money in an inexpensive exercise tool to build your home gym.  Let's try to cut down on the excuses we make on why we cannot get into shape. You can still purchase workout DVDs or go to the gym, but these are nice tools that you can add to your workouts to make it interesting. 1. My plan is for every month i stick to my weight-loss plan, I will treat myself to 1-2 items of new workout gear or equipment. Since I'm the type who likes to work out in private, I have accumulated a couple of different tools to work out at home. The tools I currently have are:

    1. Two sets of dumbbells (5lb and 8lb;
    2. Resistance bands;
    3. Waist trimmer bands;
    4. Sauna suit (I've only used it two-three times;
    5. A few workout DVDs (I also workout to ONDemand);
    6. Stopwatch;and
    7. My handy-dandy Ipod (I use a few trainer apps to help me out)

  3. This advice is mainly for those who prefer to workout indoors (sensitive to allergies, wants to avoid dehydration, or heat exhaustion), cannot afford a gym membership, or can use this equipment to work out at night after school/work, or on rainy days, when outdoor activities are not feasible. I believe fitness is about being creative and inventive. Thanks for stopping by!
