Summer is just around the corner. I know some of us will be wearing our bikinis, mid-drift tops, and tight summer dresses. You want to look amazing, right?
The most difficult area to tone is my abdominal area. My stomach is not flabby, but it also is not as tight and defined as I would like it. I not only want to turn heads with a toned stomach, but there are important benefits to having a tight core:
- A healthy back
- Good posture
- Fewer sports injuries
- Better sex life
- Balance & Stability
- Provides movement and support to the trunk
- Assists in the Breathing Process
- Better overall health
I have to get focus and push myself to get a tight tummy once and for all. Here is a quick, but challenging Ab workout. Make sure you warm up first (preferably at least 10 minutes of cardio), then stretch after the workout.
30-Minute Killer Abs Workout
- 30 Traditional Crunches
- 10 Weighted Crunches (single weight or dumbbell required for the resistance)
- 45-second Plank
- 20 Toe Touches
- 30 Flutter Kicks
- 40 Oblique Twists (medicine ball or dumbbell required for the resistance)
- 60-Second plank
- 30 Reverse Crunches (bend knees and bring it to your chest while back is flat to the ground)
*****
For an extra challenge add 30-40 Mountain Climbers... driving knees into chest while holding abs tight
I hope this workout helps you get a firm, toned buttocks!

Will you try this quick, challenging workout?
Good Luck on your fitness journey!
