  • 100 Jumping Jacks
  • 30 Squats
  • 40 Standing Calf Raises
  • 60-second Wall Sit
  • 40 Side Leg Raises (20 on each side)
  • 10 Lunge Split Jumps
  • 40 Calf Raises
  • 40 Lunges (20 on each leg)
  • 45-second Wall Sit
  • 30 Squats

*For an extra challenge do 20 knee-to-chest leg lifts (it's like running while in one place: lifting your knees to your chest)
